A South Korean woman was eating a half-cooked squid when the squid apparently ejected its sperm bag into her tongue causing...
"pricking and foreign-body sensation in the oral cavity. Twelve small, white spindle-shaped, bug-like organisms stuck in the mucous membrane of the tongue, cheek, and gingiva..." [link]Of course, she immediately spat the squid portion out, but required surgical excision of affected mucosa.
